Just had a system crash while running Project: 5738 (Run 0, Clone 635, Gen 542) on GPU2. I was watching Flash video while error occurred. I'll try again while monitoring temp in GPU-Z.

Normally I run GPU2 with 85% processor allocated to bottleneck the GPU to also run at 85%. This error occurred at 100% allocation.

Will be doing an extended SMART test on my hard drive with SpeedFan so it will be awhile.

Excuse the many posts, that's just my style.
Running the WU right now at maximum speed. CPU @ 44*C, GPU @ 61*C.

I'm having GPU-Z also write to a log file.

This WU might be "tricky" as it failed on some donors while it folded on another donor. Personally, I have never read nor experienced a full system crash by a bad WU. However, if it was an unstable overclock then it might be possible. In both the FAHlogs, I can't see any error messages. All I can tell is that the F@H GPU Client exited at roughly [23:58:42] and was restarted at [August 23 00:48:01 UTC] and that the WU was successfully resumed from the last checkpoint.

I think I figured it out. Quiting while running may be causing the issue. See accompanying thread.

Check you event logs for the reason you bsod'd ;)

I don't know in which thread I should post btw, I think this isn't a wu thing but sooner a system thing. Anyway, event log entries might give some insight.
