Public Release of New A4 Cores

We've released new versions of the A4 core. The new cores have version number 227 and introduce features from the latest version of Gromacs (Gromacs 4.5.3).

The new cores are available for:
Win32
Linux32
Linux64

No projects require this version, yet, but that can change at any time. When it does, the new version will download automatically.

This new A4 core has an additional feature, in that it is capable of running either in SMP (multithreaded) or classic (single-threaded) modes. The mode depends on:
1. Whether you are running with the smp flag.
2. Whether the particular project has smp enabled.
