bigadv on Windows or Linux?

Postby coccola » Sat Jul 17, 2010 11:15 pm

Which clients the bigadv work units are being sent to? They were only being sent to Linux but at the end of June they started being sent only to Windows machines. Currently I'm not getting them, neither on Windows or on my Linux virtual machine. Were bigadv work units dropped? :e?:

Please update the 'Updates Thread' ( viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14714 ) with the answer. ;)

Thank you.

bigadv has been temporarily turned off for linux due to problems with the linux A3 core on bigadv work units
bigadv has been enabled for windows. Depending on the work unit availability, machines requesting bigadv may roll over to normal -advmethods.

Therefore, Windows machines are doing bigadv work units when they are available.
