Have the p2681s run out ?

Perhaps but I don't know any way to tell. The Work Server that supplies p2681 is not shown on the server status page. It did reply with the traditional "OK" when I pointed my browser at port 8080, so apparently the server is still operational. The redirect from port 80 isn't working, though, so if you're NOT behind a proxy that blocks port 8080, then apparently it was out of work when your client wanted work. I'll ping Kasson.

At least one of your machines isn't sending the -bigadv flag to our servers. I would double-check the flag on your client and if it's still there maybe try putting that argument first in the client arguments. Also try running the client manually.

From InCrease - the -bigadv is set last per Bruce's recommendation for my Mac Pro:

The -oneunit setting did not work in that it should have stopped processing at the completion of the current WU.

I stopped InCrease.
I moved the -bigadv to first arg.
I Trashed everything from the work folder plus queue.dat file then did a computer restart having InCrease setup to Start folding at boot time plus Start folding when InCrease launches plus Tools/install start at reboot crontab entry.
On Startup I received a p2681 !!!
FAHlog still shows Arguments differently than what is setup in InCrease Arguments --

Hi.
I have machines that fit the HW specs for this bigadv project (no less than 8 physical cores) but I'm unable to receive them (the WU ). In keep receiving work from projects 2669 and 2677.
I must be doing something wrong.

Example:
- RHEL 5.3 with kernel 2.6.18-128
- FAH client 6.24R3
- Arguments: -smp 8 -verbosity 9 -bigadv
For now, other (regular) clients are also running on this machine.

Any clues are welcomed

Do you have big units chosen in the configuration where it says, small, normal, big?

Are you using a passkey?

Have you downloaded the drop-in replacement for fah6?

Those are two possible reasons but there are others mentioned in the link above.

AFAIK, the 10 passkey A2 WUs is a condition for receiving a completion bonus, not a condition for being assigned a P268x WU. In theory, if you're doing this for the good of the research rather than for the points bonus, you could complete 10 P268x WUs and then get a bonus on the next one if you had never completed any other A2 WUs with your passkey. (I'm not suggesting that you SHOULD do that, only that I believe it's possible.)

I did not have to complete 10 p268x WUs to get my first p2681 WU bonus points.
I installed the passkey on all of my computers at the time of the first p2681 download for my Mac Pro.
My other computers completed over 10 _a2 WUs prior to the completion of first p2681.
My first completed p2681 received 50K+ points.
