Hopefully, we all can get to the bottom of this Monday. I will be able to look trough and post the logs from my two work computers in reference to 11-30-12.

That's an interesting find Bruce. I only have one passkey and its the only one I use.

Thanks everyone for your help. It looks like it must be one of my machines at work that did this. It will be some time Monday before I can get ahold of the logs.
