Add the -advmethods flag/setting and see if that helps. Sometimes if the failover settings aren't setup correctly, the assignment server won't roll over to other work users like it should. Just took a look at my other setup and the GPUs are getting new work fine for me. I will update the next time another CPU tries to get new work or if this one starts working again.

What kind of temps are your current gpu's running? Adding 2 more gpu's will generate a lot more heat in your case. Good air flow through your case is the key to keeping temps under control.
