It is not AMD related. I got three on my stock 2060s, Linux. Two has timed out, the third is one week in the (not) sending process.

I have a pending 11758 as well but it doesn't prevent me from downloading a new WU, well other than the "normal" disturbance. Ongoing for 24 hours.

Same here. 5 GPUs getting cold. Well, one did pick up a job after an hour.

Windows or Linux? My two Win7 takes around 15-18 minutes to upload the "86.85MiB to 140.163.4.241" (wire). My two Linux does the same in less than a minute (one wire, one not). It has been so for a long time, weeks at least.

I think that the problem is worse then that. I just go awarded 29000 point (base only) for Project: 14180 (Run 6, Clone 454, Gen 12). Same here for my Linux rig, two GPUs gone early on spring Holiday.

418.91 and RTX 2060 under Win7 didn't work for me.
417.71 and RTX 2070 under Win7 did work for me.
