The installer prompts for admin rights and installs the software to the admin profile. If there are two different accounts on the Windows PC, it will put the desktop links and such into the admin's account, not the lower-level account. Can you open FAHControl? You should be able to then pause the software and further configure it so that it runs when you're away.

Nope, the points should go under the same username and team number that you had before. Those won't reset or go away. The points never reset or go down.
