I have a general server question. Why is a CPU load of something seemingly small like 14% so bad for a server?

I am running my 8400 with FAH GPU Tracker V2 currently, and it looks pretty good to me!

This is also occurring on my GeForce 8400GS card in a separate computer. I also had to manually set the index to "0". I've never had experience with GPU folding before so hopefully someone can point out what I'm doing wrong or if this is happening to anyone else. Thanks a ton for your help...
