If the Windows machine is still usable (and had HFM on it) you should just be able to copy the Projectinfo.tab file (in <your_home_folder>/AppData/Roaming/HFM/) over to the netbook.
Until psummary is fixed you can update it manually if necessary.

Re: 9712 (Run 55, Clone 20, Gen 64), bad state
Suggestion submitted on reddit... now to see what excuses PG come up with for not implementing it.

It seems easy to me too, at least on the surface, but I know absolutely nothing about how the cores work!

Re: 9712 (Run 55, Clone 20, Gen 64), bad state
Why are there only 3 retries to resume from checkpoint on Bad State detected? I was just thinking the same relating to one of my current WUs... Somewhere you have to set a limit ... I agree with that too, but perhaps some sort of "proportionality" could be incorporated to make it more for...

Possibly, but that's not a question I can answerbruce wrote:140.163.4.24x don't show on serverstat, while 140.163.4.23x do. Do you suppose they're in different buildings?
I've just been watching another one do the same thing, it got there after about half an hour.

Not that would cause an 8MB upload to take half an hour... my download speed is ~65Mbps, upload is ~16Mbps. Can't speak for New York's speeds7im wrote:Asymmetric connection speeds?

Re: 140.163.4.235 and 140.163.4.241
I guessed it would be something like that, but I didn't know where the server was physically located.
It introduces another variable to the problem though, but why it should affect my uploads and not downloads is beyond me.

Re: Maxwell GPUs
Ubuntu is Debian based (unless I've got things horribly wrong...). Well if you have, so has Wikipedia  Thanks, I'll look into that later on when there's half a chance I'm awake! At the moment I'm running nvidia-smi in a 30-second "watch" loop, and at least one Core-21 WU (a P10495) ...

One of the other clients got a WU from 140.163.4.235 overnight and returned it without any problem.

I can manage the CUDA (5.2) but the Linux is Ubuntu based (Mint 17.2). Any chance it might work?58Enfield wrote:CUDA-Z "http://cuda-z.sourceforge.net/" will run on debian based linux, but seems to need cuda 5.0 or higher to install.

Re: HFM.NET - Monitoring Application for Folding@Home v6/v7
I've seen the same (different projects- 9625 to 9643), from both psummary and psummaryC.
I see that there are a lot of blank entries in the lists that I don't think used to be there, maybe that's causing problems to HFM?
