I had the same problem of slow downloads from server 155.247.166.220 (P14180 WUs), so I've looked back trough my logs and the slow downloads started for me on September 21 (did go from the usual less than 1 minute to more than 6 - 9 minutes). It looks like the Stats server is not updating.

I'm also getting an "Error failed to get project data" when I go to the Project Summary and no servers are showing up on the Server Status page.

No, I only used (use) DutchForce as foldingname.
