How i can add second GPU slot?

I have all drivers installed. Both cards works good in games. I have enabled SLI mode in driver.
But in folding only one card work - http://i.imgur.com/GAFSNlY.png look at gpu usage.
Im running on windows 10 pro.

Hi all, today i bought new gpu and i want fold with. Can someone wrote how to add it to folding? I must have enabled SLI?
