Thanks! Both are working now.
Also found out that I was trying to use my secondary user account and the FAH Windows files are stored on the Primary user account. Had to switch to Primary user to avoid an additional error.

Need Help! Failed to connect to fahwebx.stanford.edu:80 ERRO
Merged with existing topic - j Brand new to FAH. Downloaded desktop application for Windows 7. Getting the following error. Checked antivirus and performed a reboot. As a result, I'm just stuck in Ready status. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also can't access the Chrome FAH Web App. Thanks in advanc...
