Just a quick update,

I've gave it another shot tonight, completely reinstalled F@H and the nvidia drivers and voila it popped up right away.

Not sure if it was the client or the drivers but all sorted now so thanks for the help everyone, much appreciated.

Certainly something strange going on.

I still can't get the thing to appear as an option for folding so i guess i'll have to wait a few weeks and see if GPU-Z gets updated or something so i can get a better idea of what the card version actually is.

Just give it a try but still no joy, I can see the entry but its still not letting me use the GPU for some reason :-/

From what I can tell the 2070 Super GPU's are 2080's that didn't make the cut for whatever reason, I guess certain aspects of each are either non functional or disabled which could potentially lead to a fair few different variants!?
