Installer corrupt

When I click on the link to "download" the installer, it takes me to a page with all the code on it.
Must be some sort of error on the server.
I am using Firefox.

I currently run the web version of the controller.

How do I isolate work to just the GPU?

I am primarily a BOINC user, so right now while my system can handle the combined crunching of FAH and BOINC, I am finding my water cooling is not able to cool fast enough despite the best fans on the radiator and one of the best cooling systems out there. So how do I block work from the CPU and jus...

Re: Choosing between 2 GPU's

ok...dropped 1 cpu on BOINC. I've been cranking out FAH stuff on time as far as I know, but dropping 1 cpu is no big deal for me on BOINC. Frees 1 up for general stuff here on the PC. It's a Ryzen 7 2700 with 8 cores 16 threads. All I was seeing is that for some reason until I updated games driver v...

Re: Choosing between 2 GPU's

Got it work finally.
Updated drivers (Studio vs Gaming)
Fussed around a bit and it finally decided to work.
Problem solved.

Choosing between 2 GPU's

I have 2 GPU's one is a GTX 650 and the other is a 1050TI I want to keep the 1050 available for BOINC projects like GPU grid which doesn't like the 650 and is isolated to the 1050. I want to use just my 650 here for GPU computing since there are times the memory requirement in BOINC does not allow i...

Re: Dual GPU Question

I am using CPUID HWMonitor.
Comparing the values, they are the same, other than GPU load is a few points less.
HW Monitor is much more detailed in what it can show from the GPU card.

And switch location on GPUZ or CPUZ is lower left. (close)

Re: Dual GPU Question

At one time, FAH did a study to see if BOINC and FAH could be integrated into some common management software. After considerable study, it was determined NOT to release that product from beta testing. The fundamental reason was the fact that there are major differences in the philosophy guiding tw...

Re: Dual GPU Question

I just had not got around to the log yet. When I am talking to you guys in your afternoon back there in the US its late night here. I wanted to finish up the tasks, hate to burn all the cpu/gpu time and not finish the work, so I was a bit slow in the log.

Anyway..problem solved. Thanks for the help.

Re: Dual GPU Question

Did a total uninstall with Revo. Reinstalled. Now running two GPU and 13 cores CPU in addition to BOINC. Thanks for the idea on reinstalling. Wouldn't have come to that conclusion any time soon. Yeah Jimbo, it was not seeing the full package for some reason. Full resinstall has it working properly. ...

Re: Dual GPU Question

I will put a txt file on google drive for you to read that is the full log. It is way to big to post here without flooding the page. I will also put a screenshot image there for you to look at of what FAH sees for the system. Very interesting that the web control does not do its job. I told it last ...

Re: Dual GPU Question

1) We still have no log, so can make no informed guesses. - I'll get you the long log then. 2) As far as I can tell you have not taken my uninformed advice to do the very clean install of F@H - I am waiting for the tasks to complete. If you looked at the above post I said that overnight it did not ...

Re: Dual GPU Question

The idea is to keep all GPU/CPU busy. Ive been running BOINC projects for years and years, FAH is a background project to fill in. The idea was to tap into the GPU's and make them work hard. BOINC projects don't even make the GPU's work that hard. My system can handle all the data just fine both CPU...
