I guess you mean the project number displayed in Advanced Control. I don't think that it actually is a hyperlink.
I don't know, why it is formatted like a hyperlink, but there is another way to get information about a project: https://apps.foldingathome.org/psummary

In Chrome I have to clear the cache before I start Web Control. Otherwise it will be stuck loading.
