I have noticed this behavior in 7.9.13. I upgraded from 7.6.9 mainly in hopes this would be fixed.
Not a big deal as you can just open the advanced client and set the status / action to "Finish". You can even set each slot individually.

@anandhanju thanks, I dumped the results. A shame to have lost the processing time, 6-7 hrs worth. Glitches happen.

After working fine since my last reply to this thread the transfers starting having problems again. I shutdown the client and rebooted my system to no avail.
