Re: 0 completed, 0 failed?
Go to https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu and type in your folding name which will show you the latest return from each of your computers. You may be able to figure out which is black. Another source of good info for knowing what each client & HFM are communicating about: View > show/hide/message...

Re: 0 completed, 0 failed?
Toggling the counts goes from a Current count (since that clilent was last rebooted) to a to-date count. You can toggle back & forth as many times as you like ... it's just a different view & no data has changed. Do you have HFM installed on just one computer or are you installing it on more...

Re: 0 completed, 0 failed?
Do the counts change if you press F10 while HFM is in focus or select View and Toggle Completed/Failed Count Style?

Re: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS FAHcontrol installation
Thanks for the info but that doesn't explain how to do what I'm trying: I've installed the client & it is working and FAHControl on that system is working as expected my problem is that I can't monitor that system from another system that's using HFM or a different FAHControl because the files a...

Re: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS FAHcontrol installation
Does anyone using the snap edition know how to monitor the client's progress from another system. The files are not where they're expected and so all FAHControl from another system does is sit there trying to connect

According to the DB it took almost 19 hours to complete so that is definitely a sign of a problem.

Re: Project 19002 - turned my 3090Ti into a 1.2M PPD Card
A TPF of 19 seconds should result is considerably more PPD than 1.3M ... not sure what's wrong but have you checked the log for errors/restarts?
Have you tried a reboot?
Also, make sure HFM has the latest project data. Tools > Download Projects

From the PL:
We ended up reopening the project to get a little more sampling on a slightly different RxGxC prioritization so we have equal comparisons between this dataset and three more datasets that we’ve just completed

Re: Another non-returnable WU
okay, the PL has checked the server and can find no problem with the timeout ... he's seeing uploads that are taking 30 mins or more and not experiencing the problem you're seeing. Have to made any changes to the connection defaults? from FAHClient --help: max-connect-time <integer=900> The maximum ...

Re: Another non-returnable WU
I've reported this again to the project leader and he will look into it tomorrow ... we think there may be a timeout problem somewhere.

Just as a test, have you tried disabling Monitor sleep and just turn off the monitor by using the power switch when you're not using the monitor?

Re: unable to return work units
Here are the steps that usually work: 1. Pause ALL clients 2. reboot router/modem (usually turning it/them off for 30 seconds is long enough to reset the hardware) 3. reboot one computer (shutdown the computer for 30 seconds & restart) (check log for uploading & unpause/Fold if necessary to ...

Re: Upload failures to mostly *.wustl.edu endpoints
Are you using a virus checker other than Windows Defender like Avast or AVG? Sometimes they can get a false positive for a virus ... Another thought I had would be file size ... the examples you gave result in fairly large upploads and may be restricted by your settings or your ISP settings. Sorry I...

Re: Failed to send result to Server
Welcome to the folding@home support forum. Without posting the System Info & Config sections of your log we have to do some guessing. From what I see in the log it looks like your DNS servers are not working. You may have set those up on your computer or your modem or even a router if you have o...
