The only odd thing I noticed is, for some WUs, the average GPU usage is quite low (~45%) but errors are all gone.

The crashes were likely due to a bad GPU overclock, that might have worked in the AIB designer's machines, but not in yours. I've set frequency of highest P-state to 1545 Mhz. Been folding for ~ two hours (80% progress on current WU as I'm writing this) without a single error yet.
Call me crazy, but after comparing progress times I think it might be folding slightly faster than with the original settings.
