The server had some problems over the weekend.

Hadn't seen the sticky ... although I thought I had read all of them in this forum. Anyway, problem solved, and folding again. Now I need to come up with a script to check the status and correct it in case it goes tits up again while I am away.

t looks like you may have done something with the WU before the client finished writing the files, or your sneakernetting method is flawed. As with another 2605, this one has completed, and even after I ran qfix I cannot send in the results.
WTF?

Well, oddly enough, the second attempt completed successfully. No idea what went wrong the first time round.

This unit started on Tuesday and completed on Wednesday morning this week. After completion, it did NOT upload its results, nor fetch another unit. This WU terminated, with a seg fault, after ~7 seconds. I cleared the queue, restarted folding, and the next time I got a D/L, same unit, same outcome. So, if I am running the folding software as a service, I need to write some script to check the status every 24 hours or so, and if the service appears not to be running (as was the case when I got back from my holiday), it should restart it? Anyone got one for linux?
