It seems like drivers were the issue. Did a clean reinstall on all machines, DDU, and then installed drivers 22.10.1 (instead of 22.7.1) and so far, there is no issue with only one bad work unit out of 200-ish WU. Probably an issue while upgrading drivers 22.7.1 up from whatever version I had before...
