Hi, Thanks for sending the email to me, I'm not connecting to this forum very often, so it's best way to get in touch with me. I see that I need to change the URL for project description in Jmol FAH webpage. Will do it tonight if I have the time. All the .xyz files (along with a few .top/.trj files)...

I have released a new version of the tool for checking missing files (v0.9) : the tool can now also save interseting files in a local directory, enabling it to do its work even when not connected to the net.

I have released a new version of the tool for checking missing files (v0.8) : the tool can now keep working in the background, waking up at regular intervals to check for missing files. I have just upgraded the tool that checks in folders to find missing files : it can now send topology and trajectory files produced by the Amber core. https://sourceforge.net/project/showfil ... _id=223033 It's a Java program, so you need Java on your computer. Except for mistakes, the .po files contain only phrases (or words) that are used as is, alone. There should be no combination of words in the code : if a phrase contains variable parts, there's only one phrase with the variable parts replaced by %.
