Hadn't checked my PPD for a week, but I can see a 30k PPD drop off since the 5th. I have 5 machines running these so it would seem that at 6k per day per machine that we're not getting credit. Can't be 100% certain as there's no longer any way of checking the number of WU's on each project.

Re: No appropriate work server was available
Not much here for windows as well. Getting sporadic units all day, nothing for the past 4 hours and the numbers of idle computers is gradually increasing. Just can't be bothered experimenting with flags any more.

Re: A question of manners
If the Pande group allowed users to select whatever WU they wanted, everyone would pick the one that gives the most PPD on their hardware. Well, that may be the case for many, but I prefer smaller units regardless of the PPD. I'd much rather do a 12 hour unit for 120 PPD than an 80 hour one at 300 ...

Away all day yesterday and it looks like I've lost a further 12 units, with this problem in the last 24 hours.

Re: No appropriate work server was available
Only got the one unit though, gone back to original message on the other machines. The 44xx server is very low on units so it could be a long wait.

Re: No appropriate work server was available
Result: at the moment, all six possible combinations (small, normal, big vs advmethods, or released) are failing to get assignments, giving the "no appropriate work server was available" message. One of my machines just this minute got a 44xx Gromac. Using normal and without advmethods. P...

Re: No appropriate work server was available
Multiple machines with no work here. Tried all the usual flag and small, normal, big settings and left it at that. Just had a quick look at the server status and the only 2 servers I've had work from for the last couple of weeks 13 and 111 are both down.

Re: 171.64.65.60
I couldn't get any of mine to upload, had one last try this morning using the send all flag but not a single one would go. Decided to delete them in order to get my clients running again. Some of my clients had 2 units stuck so quite a lot of work, about 40 units, went down the pan. Some of them had...

Re: GPU server status 171.67.108.21, 171.64.65.71,171.67.108.26
I'm not seeing any problems today, all of my GPU clients are getting, completing and uploading. Funny thing is that unlike many others I don't have any waiting to be sent, I did go around all my machines and delete any already received units but they weren't in the queue anyway. Oh, I did have one u...

Re: GPU server status 171.67.108.21, 171.64.65.71,171.67.108.26
So i take it no here knows of a way to force the gpu clients to contact a differrent server with wu's to continue folding Not really. If your Modem/Router supports it you can block off a server, which should mean it'll try a different server , depends what's running and has work I suppose. Worked f...
