Thanks to this thread I have got my board registered and the thermal pads ordered for my EVGA GTX 1070 SC card. The last thing I need to do is burn down my house trying to Fold Proteins! You were able to upload, so it sounds like your Local Network and WAN connections are okay. Have you tried a restart?

I have a 2006-era Mac Pro running at 2.66 GHz and a GTX 970 card inside. It does the job, although don't expect much from a CPU slot. If you already have the card, it should get Work Units. My GTX 750Ti was running around 50-60K PPD before I retired it just this last week. The one I had was PCIe bus powered, though, so it may have been limited for power.
