No appropriate work server was available
I've been getting this message on several Windows classic folding clients for about an hour now. I've tried every known flag and setting but just the same message every time.
Thanks,
Pete

Re: FahSpy (monitoring tool)
Just a little bug I've noticed, this was also present in the last version. When a WU is completed but not sent to the server FAHSpy will continue to report that WU as the one in progress. Even when the unit does get sent back to the server it will continue reporting that WU. For example, I noticed a...

Re: Protomol 10000 - shocking!
Can't explain the very fast WU, could do with a few of those myself. :) However, if you look closely at the last log you will see [20:19:57] Completed 7900 out of 200000 steps (3) [20:20:15] Completed 8000 out of 200000 steps (4) [20:25:15] Completed 10000 out of 200000 steps (5) Frpm 7900 to 8000 i...

Re: 171.67.108.21 - High Net Load + Port 80 Down
Yeah I've got 6 idle GPU's right now. I think there's some sort of server reset operation after a few hours. Hope so because its the worst possible day for the servers to have problems.

Re: My Initial ProtoMol Findings
I'm not entirely sure if these are weighted properly. p10000's are worth 84 credits and p10001's are worth 50 credits. However, these p10001's are taking much longer to process than the p10000's that are actually worth more. This is on a 2.66GHz Core2Duo, one instance of the classic client running....

Re: Protomol more problems
Pete, this last one you posted has no impact whatsoever, or so I have been told, on the operation of the WU or client. It has been brought up in a couple other threads already. Additionally, although that particular one ended early, it ended as expected.. there was simply no more work to do. It did...

Re: Project 10001 - ERROR 0x3
Yes, there are a few of these units that are causing problems. The solution I used was to delete the unit then remove the -advmethods flag and restart the client.

Re: FahSpy (monitoring tool)
Thanks, had a feeling the problem was along those lines. At first, just the 6316's went to 0, the others followed shortly after.
