Re: stats not updating
Looks like the stats flat files have frozen at the 6:00 pm Eastern Time Zone update (GMT timestamp is 22:45) on the 4th. EOC is showing a zero point update for the latest update as a result, and my own stats collector stopped pulling at 6:45 pm. Just spreading the word in hopes there's someone who c...

Re: Stats Server Down
Stats definitely still down - Looks like it's just sitting on the last published data that came out for the 1pm, EST update yesterday, Jan 22nd.

Re: Stats Server Down
It looks like the stats 'froze' starting at the 1PM EST update for Users flat file and 2PM EST for the Teams flat file. The time/date stamp is updating, but the numbers for both the individual users and teams have both frozen.

Re: Stats Server Down
When there's an outage in the stats, like there was at that point, the first update that comes out after the stats straighten out ALWAYS look like massive spikes in production. In reality, it's simply all the accumulated production that wasn't being reported at that time showing up in one update.

Re: Stats Server Down
We're back to hourly updates, it appears - the internal timestamp is now in GMT, so I had to adjust my own code to account for that, and the time of publication appears to have moved from 25 minutes past the hour to about quarter of the hour. This is mostly an FYI of what I've seen in the last few h...

Re: Stats Server Down
I don't keep the original flat files, but the way I pull data for my own use, I can go back every hour there was a flat file update (Where my internet connection was solid and allowed the download to happen) and I can tell you that a random selection of Midnight (eastern) on October 4th, the user 'b...

Re: Stats Server Down
All I can do is show what my collection of stats shows using a specific example from Team EVGA - The user '1pcracer' has, up until the recent change in data, was exactly as it is showing - lowercase p. Now it is showing as '1Pcracer'. I don't know what caused the change, but the change has happened ...

Re: Stats Server Down
Ahhhh, ok. I had only seen the change when comparing between the two files, I hadn't realized it was carrying over into the current User file. My apologies. Yeah, it looks more and more like whatever was done on the DB, there's now a lot of issues with the flat files, and this is going to cause issu...

Re: Stats Server Down
As I said above, the Team flat file was publishing user data, but with different cases in some names, for several hours. My thought is that Jason's system processed those entries as if they were standard user entries. Either way, I sent him a PM on the EOC forum and a thread was started over there a...

Re: Stats Server Down
I had sent Jason a message about that duplication as the Team flat file was populated with User information for several hours. He hasn't read the message yet, but hopefully the addition of the thread will help.
And for the record, the User flat file still has not updated since 1pm.

Re: Stats Server Down
It looks like they got another single update on the User flat file at 1pm Eastern, but it has stalled again. The team file continues to update properly.

Re: Stats Server Down
Another update - The Teams flat file is updating but the user flat file has been frozen since 1am Eastern update, with a current timestamp of "Tue Oct 23 00:24:52 CDT 2018".

Re: Stats Server Down
We got one update at the 1 am update time (Eastern) but that was it. On the other hand, the Team flat file was back to pushing team data again, so that's good!

Re: Stats Server Down
Bruce, can you reach out to the Stanford folks and let them know the Team flat file is now publishing Users data instead of Team data?
To ensure completeness of data, it's the last two updates I've seen this on - the 4pm and 5pm eastern updates for today, 10/22/2018.
Thanks!

Re: Stats not updating?
For those concerned about loss of points - The hourly flat files are being published and showing updated data on each push, so the data is indeed being saved internally to the F@H servers. It looks like the web front end is having issues pulling the latest data from those data sources, however. Just...
