Re: Windows 10 Desktop, UPS Battery, and F@H Client
Could be dependent on if your ups properly reports itself as a battery to the os maybe? If it only works with the software from the ups company fah will never know about it. Just a random guess here.

Just remember to keep the passkey safe or remember the misspelling if you ever need to retrieve it again.

Re: 2nd GPU Spiking Up and Down
Project 14564 has a low atom count for a gpu project, small units dont run very efficiently on big cards like 2080s.

Do the dips coincide with every 1% or so of the workunit? Could just be a dip while it does its checkpoints.

Re: Nightmare
Looks like gog and fah choose to use the same software for network communications. What is Ssleay32.dll? Ssleay32.dll a DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file, developed by The OpenSSL Project, which is referred to essential system files of the Windows OS. It usually contains a set of procedures and driver...

Re: Scale or order of magnitude of WU (Generation) vs. Proje
Super simple example, actual numbers vary depending on what the researchers need. Let's say 1000 runs with 100 clones each for 100000 unique gen 0 units. Each of those units could run through 1000 gens for 100000000 total units. Feeling tiny now?

Gog is a game seller like steam. Bought games from them in the past but never used their software.

Re: Does folding power impact a fixed threads CPU slot?
Light power would still set gpu to fold on idle and turn on pause on battery for laptops I think.

Re: Core_22 Problem 14300 Stuck in Core Oudated
With the number of people with idle cards due to the shortage of gpu units I dont find it surprising at all. Off to check my systems to see if they got caught up in this.

The implicit/ explicit solvent thing applied to old cores, with 21 and 22 now they can do both on gpu.

Re: Always receiving a fraction of the "final credite estima
You need 10 work units returned with your username/passkey combo to receive the bonus, it looks like you just hit 10 so you should start receiving the full credit estimate now.

Re: 99% Reset or Fallback and Double WUs
No, It really does get confused. I've seen it show parts of the log twice and not because it was jumping to the bottom as it followed new entries. You could turn follow off and scroll up and down and see the repeated parts. Didn't happen often and a refresh clears it up but it has happened to me.

Re: WU stats - took 27 days for points to catch up
I think the Returned and Credited dates are swapped in the WU tool ... I have a theory, haven't look close enough to be sure but I think credited may be when the client starts the upload and returned is the finish. Maybe credit for return is being granted at start of upload? Or maybe they are just ...

OpenCl is only for graphics cards. I notice your log only shows ~350mb of free memory, maybe that could be an issue?

If you are looking at the log in fahcontrol you need to refresh it, it gets confused sometimes in my experience.
