That looks normal -apart from an additional new Extra Client option open-web-control =true.
This is now the ok install, though.

I resolved the problem by clean uninstalling the 7.5.1 Client using IO Bit utility and reinstalled/configured ok and back in business. I agree that in this case I'll be happy to run at stock speeds on both PC and graphics.
There's so much improvement on the efficiencies now,that it hardly seems worth the hassle - unless there's a bet involved
