When folding leave your laptop plugged in at all times ... if you need to take it where you have to use the battery then Pause folding until you can plug it in again.

Also, turn off anything that could interfere with folding such as Hibernation & Sleep.

A new core is required for linux to run the current moonshot projects so they can only be processed on Windows until that new core is created.

Please check your config.xml file and ensure the passkey you got from https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey shows as part of your User Information .

Also, check your name & team # for any typos.

This sounds like a permission problem ... did you use the default install locations?

We would need to see the System Info & Configuration sections of your log.

With those we'll know which server is involved and can report if it's not updating the stats.

The official stats got a large update around 7pm eastern ... there should be a large update on EOC for their 9PM CT run if all goes well.

The Project Leader has been notified and is "looking into it".
