Re: P3907 also has the Gen 1 problem

Glad it's working. Both 3906 and 3907 Gen 1's should be good now.

Re: Oh Dear, P3907 also has the Gen 1 problem

You're welcome; thanks for the bug reports. Regenerating all the files take a little longer than I expected; I have swapped server .88 back to assigning 3906 instead of 3907. Right now Gen1 should be good on everything through about Run 700; all the Gen 0's are good. Once the scripts finish, I'll st...

Re: Oh Dear, P3907 also has the Gen 1 problem

We've found the problem and anticipate having it fixed in the next hour or so (right now, I have a script re-generating all the Gen1 input files properly).

Re: P3906 Gen 1 all failing

Thanks for the reports. I stopped P3906 assigning last night until we can have a proper look at the problem. Hopefully we can iron this out rapidly and have them back running successfully in the near future.

Re: Project: 2605 (Run 9, Clone 571, Gen 5)

It's a good idea. We try to allow for such things, but the MPI timing is a bit tricky.

Thanks for the reports. We're looking at ways to deal with such problems better; the concept is easy, but the implementation is hard, so it may take a while. :(

planned work server downtimes

We're doing some software upgrades on several of our servers, so we will sequentially bring ~3-6 of them down at a time over the next week or two. Scheduled for today are: 171.64.65.42 171.64.65.64 171.64.65.102 171.64.122.83 They will probably go down around 10 am PST; we hope to have them up by 3:...

The effective date for the points change was the date of my post announcing it in the previous forum. Unfortunately, since that forum is not available at this time, retrieving the date is non-trivial. While we could reconstruct the date with some effort, I'm not sure what is to be gained from doing ...
