Thanks for the link, that was an interesting read. I worked for the government, in IT before I retired. What that guy was doing was totally illegal and violated quite a few rules regardless of fact he supposedly got "permission"; which I am fairly certain he did not.

Here is quick rundown on setting -advmethods using the Linux 6.29 Client with the -configonly parameter. If this method is used you do not have to add the -advmethods parameter when starting fah6. In fact you start fah6 with no parameters using this method. Note: This does not work with the Linux 6....

Make sure you do not copy all files from one directory to setup to another directory.

It is OK, to copy over fah6, mpiexec and client.cfg, then run fah6 -configonly and change the ID.

As mentioned before running as one client with the -smp option is an alternate solution.

With user picked passwords there are to many variables, to many chances of a bad password selection, invalid characters, etc. The passkey is 32 characters long, would you make a password with the same criteria? I know probably wouldn't.

What version are you using? I am using version 2.3.99.1, I download new projects via Download New Projects on the Tools menu. Benchmarks is a menu option on the Tools menu. Anyway no problems here downloading new projects.
