VERY little cpu usage (one core 300 MHz mostly)

Note 3, 4 core CPU, usually almost idle basically. About every 3-4 seconds, there is a spike up to 1200 Mhz, and ever rarer, every 10+ seconds, a 2000+ MHz spike on the fourth core, and 1200 MHz on the first core. Then it's back to idle, 300 MHz and the OTHER THREE CORES ARE OFFLINE! I want to make that clear.
I think this app basically is wasteful currently. I know you all are trying and I think maybe there is something different with my phone, as I think it used to work better. Maybe the app had an update and it's just not as powerful now due to heat concerns but damn this is just, way too little. I think at this point you all *should* try developing for Raspberry Pi because it would be more powerful.
Download "Tiny Core" for Android and it will show your CPU usage, per core, and what frequency. Just click the (in app) menu button and choose "system info".
