unable to download assignment with 2060

Back from long FAH break with new card RTX 2060
according to gpu-z , the device id 10de 1f08 (edit: del the last 8 digit for security reason) should already on the white list. And the driver is the latest 445.75 (aka 26.21 14.4575)
