Welcome to the folding support forum.

Not sure why you are having issues with the client when the IP changes, I have never seen that problem before. My network sees lots of IP changes and fairly frequent modem resets due to problems with Verizon DSL in my area.

As for the FAHClient process running as a 32-bit process, that is normal and correct on Windows. A 64-bit version is not available. What FAHClient is doing does not require the expanded address space provided by running as a 64-bit process. The actual processing is done by the FAHCore_nn processes, the client will download a 32 or 64-bit version of the folding core as needed.
