Welcome to the folding@home support forum someone1989.

Did you install the latest GPU drivers from http://www.nvidia.com/drivers ?

If not please do so as it looks like you have a driver problem ... could be missing opencl or your 2070 is not supported by your current driver ... either way installing the latest driver from nvidia & rebooting the computer should fix the problem.
