The ryzen 5 1600 has 6 FPUs associated with 12 threads. FAHClient needs to be set to use multiple CPU threads, but that should happen when you have the Power setting to FULL. Whatever setting is in effect at the time a new WU is assigned becomes the maximum you can set, so maybe you're trying to increase the setting on a WU which was limited at download time. Get a fresh WU while the setting is FULL and see what happens.

is their any plans for python3 update ?

I am not going to make my system unstable trying to get python2 reinstalled

Eventually, yes. The developer was working on an updated version of the client before this to be released into testing sometime later this year or early next year. That project is currently on hold, they have the developer working on getting more servers in place and keeping other things working during this COVID-19 response.
