Where can I find all options available in the config.xml?

Hi all. I'm attempting to create an automated install on Ubuntu mini, and share that out so anyone can easily either download an image I created with it already installed/configured, or install using this automated script. I feel like as a non-programmer and Linux newb, I'm doing quite well getting this going. The last problem I'm having is understanding examples of the options available in the config.xml. I want to configure this VM a certain way, but also give examples for anyone to reconfigure it, and use the config.xml file vs. starting with a command line.

I looked at --config help and the formatting isn't the same as the config.xml, and since I'd love to distribute this ASAP to people, I'd prefer not to play the trial and error game.

Does anyone have a link to the full list of options available in the config.xml file? I've come up empty searching for it.
