Problem: No WUs available for this configuration

Hello together,

I´m new in folding@home and I want to support this awesome Project. But I have a Problem. The most time of the day my PC is IDLE. If I get e WU my values are 1Mio Points a day but the most of the time Nothing happens. Can you please help me? Is it because of the world wide run to F@H? No Server capacity? Or can I improve this?

welcome to the club! I have five 1070s and at the moment three are idle.

the numbers of contributors has multiplied twenty-fold since the publicity about CV-19 and there are a number of scaling problems in meeting the demand the worst of which is the available of the science itself.

the science is being done by a very small number of scientists and they simply can't create the work fast enough for all of us to be working.

if you look in your Advanced Control app you shuold be able to see in the bottom left quadrant when the "Next Attempt" will be for work. If it is showing hours before the next one rather than minutes, you could try pausing the folding for a minute or so and then starting again.

other than that, it's pot luck at the moment as to whether you will get work.
