Version 2.3.9 is now available;

WHAT'S NEW

InCrease 2.3.9 28 February 2008 is exactly the same as 2.3.8 above, except that it downloads the current version of the console clients (FAH6.00beta2-OSX-Intel-Console.tgz for Intel Macs and FAH6.01beta2-OSX-PPC.gz for G3/G4/G5 PPC Macs)

If you have been using InCrease to control Folding on your Mac, and have not yet upgraded your Folding clients to the latest (February 2008) betas, please do the following

- update and relaunch InCrease
If you are running OSX 10.3.9 or higher, simply "Check for updates" under the InCrease menu, click Yes and it all happens automagically.
If you are running an earlier OSX, stop folding and stop InCrease, trash the old version of the client from the Applications folder, drag the newly downloaded version in there

- stop folding at a nice place (a minute or two after a frame or checkpoint finishes)
If you are using the SMP client, wait 4 minutes after stopping, or check in Activity Monitor that all Folding processes have shut down. For the PPC client, you'll have to wait just a few seconds

- use menu Tools > download fah6 client
from Calxalot's site

- start folding again from the Increase window.

If you have a PPC Mac using the fah5 client, you don't have to upgrade InCrease.
