Which tool keeps statistics of how a unit finishes in regards to the log reporting of CoreStatus, NANS, and other errors, or successful work unit completion percentage?

This information is not published. However, Stanford likely has some kind of internal reporting they do for that kind of data.

If you just want to track your personal folding, Fahmon seems to be the popular tool at the moment. Check the 3rd Party Apps section of the forum, Tools List thread. If there is a tool to do what you asked, it would be listed there.
