Neat! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foldit its made by the same people who made Rosetta@home. Yes they determined the final structure, but how do they know for certain that the path to it indicated by gamer brains is the real trajectory? It's great that they figured out what it ends up as, but HOW it got there is also important. No matter what they did, it is just so remarkable how much science can be accomplished by regular people. To take a quote from F@h's paper #5, "The time is right for distributed computational biology". Biology does indeed march right along!
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.
