New version won't load properly

My previous version of FAH started "flickering"; it'd partially load, then go blank for one second, then partially load etc., never stopping to load the entire page.
My user name wasn't showing, nor was the progress bar. I clicked on HELP, but it rolled at the one second rate, too.
So I downloaded the newest version, and it's doing the same thing. So I can't accomplish anything.
Anyone have a solution?
