Can I ask please, why FAH decided not to become a BOINC project?

It has been discussed before on this forum. Search for posts containing the word BOINC and/or seti. (I've explained it several times and there's additional discussion in those topics.)
BOINC is not structured to deal with the management of the FAH priorities that are a precursor to our bonus points. BOINC is well suited where the WUs can be completed in random order and resources can be allocated between more than one concurrently assigned WU.
