Scientists are human. Should they spend their waking hours trying to keep enough useful projects distributed to FAH clients or should they allow the servers to run out of WUs while they create new papers?

Some part of the recent shortage is that researchers are going back to the work they were doing before COVID; as such they are just starting those projects again and have little to say about them yet.

GOVID has dominated their last 5 quarters, and you seem unimpressed with the COVID paper.
