Fah is a long term project. If they find a cure for one disease, they have 10 more to work on after that. The project will end when they are all cured or treatable.
Not too long ago, Vijay posted that a treatement for Alzheimers was possible in the next five years. That was about a year ago. That will probably be the first big breakthrough from F@H, in my opinion.
