Hmm, maybe the new GRO-A4 core mentioned on the projects page (projects 60xx) has something to do with GROMACS 4.0.

(Just speculating)

The new A2 cores have migrated to Gromacs 4.0.
Folding whatever I'm sent since March 2006 :) Beta testing since October 2006. www.FAH-Addict.net Administrator since August 2009.
