Can't access individual stats [Fixed]

Attempting to access the stats for an individual user produces a page with just the Folding@Home banner with a white bar underneath- no data. No error message either.

As far as I can tell the the user's scores are being updated correctly in the underlying database, as are the team scores, it's just individual totals that can't be reached.

Also, the summary file doesn't seem to be getting updated (last was 18:20:01 PDT) so 3rd party stats sites are scuppered.

(I'm assuming the two are not unrelated, hence not reporting in separate posts)

My stats system is showing the last actual update that was pushed to the flat files happened on the Sat May 16 19:20:01 PDT 2015 update and it's just pulling the same flat file over and over

Even more fun - The non-compressed flat files are showing the above mentioned date/time stamp in the first line, but the actual compressed files are an hour earlier - Sat May 16 18:20:01 PDT 2015, so the process appears to have died out between the creation of the flat text files and their compression and upload.

We’re on it. As noted above, it’s Sunday, so this may have to wait until Monday.

I’ve taken a look at it and there’s a more serious issue with a particular server than I can take care of myself. I’ve filed a ticket with the sysadmin team. Best guess ETA on this being fixed is Monday at noon (assuming this is something simple).

Also, as a happy side effect, I hadn't figured on the two files being out of sync and this let me chase out a few bugs in my stats software as a result, so in a way, there was a bit of positive outcome.

The statistics are generally updated, but just not for the individual user`s page!

My stats system just picked up an update, so it looks like the flat files are updating again. Now, to wait until EOC gets their first update in just over 2 hours.

The new Kakao has updated successfully, so EOC should be OK.
