Please note that the IP Address (171.64.65.121) belongs to the Assignment Server (AS). The AS doesn't assign WUs (Work Units) to your client, instead, it redirects your client to a Work Server (WS) which suits your client configuration. The error message "Empty Work Server Assignment" means that there aren't any WUs available for your particular client configuration. Thus, could you please post the initial section of the log file so we can see what hardware you have and how F@H is configured? Sometimes, changing the configuration will allow you to get WUs.

It seems that since you have a single CPU, you might face issues getting work on V7. Thus, instead of running the V7 application, maybe you can pause the slot and try the Chrome Folding App (viewtopic.php?f=95&t=25878) which can work without issues on your single CPU system. Do note that if you don't what a full Chrome installation, you can opt for a portable Chrome version that works just as fine too (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/g ... e_portable).

To be honest I think it could be a problem with my Network at home. I'm fully connected too the internet but still can't connect. I have ran the Console Ver. Web Ver. andf Ver. 7 & still having problems. Its not making the connection wich would indicate a problem with my Home network, I have Ver.7 running on another PC (Conflicts mabie !) and that is working fine.

Were you able to fold successfully on this system previously or not? If yes, then what has changed between then and now? If no, then make sure that any security related applications (Firewall, Anti-Malware/Virus/Adware, etc) have allowed F@H to connect to the internet and isn't blocking its access. BTW, can you successfully reach the URLs in this post (viewtopic.php?p=161536#p161536) or not?

This is a new system I have set up and want too Fold on, I have never folded on this system before.
make sure that any security related applications (Firewall, Anti-Malware/Virus/Adware, etc) have allowed F@H to connect to the internet and isn't blocking its access.
I've checked all my internet security and its allowing F@H as an exception. I cant see any problems their. under the check list its been checked too allow the Application.
BTW, can you successfully reach the URLs in this post
I've checked on the PC and I'm able too connect with the View Topic and I've also connected with the F@H server threw my browser.

Could it be a problem do you think with the Port of some sort, I'm not fully sure how they work or what they are but it the port the F@H client is trying too use is blocking it, their could be a problem.

If you're connecting from home, port 80 will always work unless your security software blocks FAHClient from making a connection to the internet. The only way to be certain about that is to disable your security software for a few minutes and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, you'll need to find another method to grant an exception to FAHClient.exe.
