Is the BA aka many core server down. The client has been trying to connect for nearly an hour and when I put the address into a browser I get the http: 401 forbidden error. Also I cannot access serverstat

I also get the 401 in a browser, but I can access serverstats OK and 128.143.231.201 is showing as full/accepting.

edit: should have said- none of my clients use that server so can't help beyond the above info.
