In addition, how many cores you have configured and which OS is being used would be useful in trying to provide help.

This log output looks like you're running a v6 client ... are you ? If the answer is yes, I strongly advice you to upgrade to the latest v7 one.

There is also a temporary workaround for machines with quite a high number of CPUs when they can't get work : instead of running one 32 core slot, try to split it into two 16 cores slots or four 8 cores slots ...
